Our client, a global provider of software & technology services to their corporate partners, are now looking to expand their BDR team here in Limerick & as a result are have engaged with us in Cpl to help them recruit for this newly opened Business Development Representative role covering their French & English corporate client base

The Job:

As a key part of the BDR team & reporting to the EMEA Sales Manager, you will cover a wide remit ranging across all aspects of business development & key client account management for corporate clients based in both English & French speaking markets.

More specifically you will proactively engage with prospects in your defined markets, qualify high quality sales leads, design & deliver targeted pricing briefs, partner with marketing colleagues on event-led marketing activities, resolve key client product & service enquiries, maintain accurate sales information & support senior colleagues with their ongoing projects.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline ideally.
• 2-3+ years business development or sales account management experience.
• Experience gained in the technology, IT or SAAS sectors would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Excellent IT skills & ability to learn & understand technical products/services.
• Self-motivated & strong ability to build relationships across diverse functions.

The Offer:

This job is being offered on a permanent basis with total package of approx. 60k made up of base salary of 40-45k with up to 15k bonus on top. In addition there is a strong benefits package available to the successful candidate & excellent future career growth & development opportunities into more senior roles.

This role will be a hybrid mix with 2 days in office & 3 days from home/remote but there can be flexibility on this for a strong candidate.
