Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team in Shannon. ( This is not a call centre!)

As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will provide first-line support to customers, retailers, and service partners via phone, email, and chat. You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and timely support to customers across multiple communication channels.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and maximise first-contact resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required follow-up documentation.
- Proactively communicate updates to customers where necessary.
- Support team performance by meeting service levels and KPI targets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to retail partners to enhance product knowledge and customer experience.
- Work closely with management to escalate issues, identify training needs, and support operational improvements.
- Liaise with logistics partners to support customer requirements and resolve delivery-related queries.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and additional duties as required.
Skills / experience
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused when dealing with customer concerns.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Additional language skills French, German, Spanish or Italian would be highly desirable,
