Director of Quality Assurance

Dublin Hybrid | 1 day onsite per week | 4 days remote

We’re hiring an experienced Director of Quality Assurance to lead QA strategy for a large-scale enterprise B2B eCommerce platform within a highly regulated environment.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing global QA operations across a modern digital ecosystem including SAP Commerce Cloud, Sitecore CMS, Angular applications, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and offshore delivery partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and leading global QA strategy

• Driving automation-first testing practices

• Managing distributed QA teams and global systems integrators

• Ensuring platform quality, scalability, compliance, and release readiness

• Establishing QA governance, KPIs, and operational excellence across regions

We’re looking for someone with:

✔ 15+ years in Software QA / Quality Engineering

✔ Experience leading enterprise-scale QA functions

✔ Strong background in automation, Agile & DevOps

✔ Experience working with SAP Commerce / enterprise digital platforms

✔ Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry experience preferred

✔ Proven stakeholder and vendor management expertise
