Grade III Clerical Officer Limerick
Cpl are working with our client, a public sector organisation to hire a Clerical Officer / Administrator to join their team on a temporary contract. This role is based in Limerick and suitable candidates must be available to start immediately.
The Role:
Excellent attention to detail is required. Duties will include but are not limited to data processing, creating and processing various reports, completing expense reports, co-ordinating and scheduling meetings, processing Garda Vetting applications as well as other ad hoc duties. This is a back office administration role and will be fully onsite Monday - Friday.
Experience / Requirements
Deal with all enquiries and tasks efficiently.
Must have previous administration experience. Must ensure that all administrative duties are carried out in a professional, accurate and efficient manner at all times.
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite - particularly advanced use of Excel.
Strong letter writing skills.
