Receptionist / Administrator
Cpl are working with our Limerick based client to recruit a temporary receptionist for their front of house team. This role will run from Friday May 24th until Friday May 31st.
The Role:
As a receptionist your general duties will include answering calls on the main switchboard, answering customer queries on incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors, manging deliveries, sorting mail and other ad hoc tasks.
Experience / Requirements
A full Irish driving licence and access to your own car will be required for this role as the site is not located on any local public transport links.
Previous reception / administration experience is required.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
IT literate.
Polite and professional telephone manner.
