Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Galway (Onsite to start)

Type: Permanent

Important: This role is only open to Stamp 4, EU or Irish citizens

Your Responsibilities

·       Work alongside the creative team and wider stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts and strategies that reflect the company's brand identity and support its marketing objectives.

·       Produce visually compelling, engaging designs across a broad range of digital and print materials — including websites, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and event collateral.

·       Uphold the consistency and integrity of the company's brand guidelines across all design outputs.

·       Apply a solid working knowledge of the print production process, spanning prepress, offset, and digital printing, including the ability to correctly set up files for print.

·       Take end-to-end ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery, managing multiple briefs simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

·       Stay current with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing research, and embrace AI tools as a means of working more efficiently and elevating output quality.

·       Participate actively in design reviews with the creative team and Global Creative Director, both giving and receiving constructive feedback in the pursuit of high design standards.

·       Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the company's visual assets library, keeping it well-organised and readily accessible for the wider creative team.

·       Bring a positive, professional attitude to every interaction, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Required Experience

·       5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a corporate or agency environment. Familiarity with the Direct Selling Industry is a helpful bonus.

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Midjourney — alongside a willingness to learn additional tools and software as the role evolves.

·       A strong portfolio that showcases a diverse range of design skills, with a confident command of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.

·       A thorough understanding of design principles, including branding and marketing application.

·       Solid knowledge of both digital and print production processes, file formats, and optimisation techniques.

·       The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

·       Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent projects.

·       Clear and confident communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to a range of stakeholders.

·       A strong work ethic, self-motivated approach, and the flexibility to adapt readily to shifting priorities and evolving feedback.
