Our client is a leading multinational medical device manufacturer and is seeking Process Technicians to join its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with total annual earning of approximately €51,921.

The Role:
The Process Technician will be responsible for supporting and optimising highly automated manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency and product quality.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and optimising automated manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues
- Monitoring manufacturing performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Performing equipment setup, calibration and technical changeovers
- Working closely with Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities
- Driving safety, quality and operational excellence standards across production
Technical Exposure

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Level 6 qualification or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or a related technical discipline
- Experience within manufacturing, maintenance, automation, engineering or production environments
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
