Our client is a leading multinational medical device manufacturer and is seeking Process Technicians to join its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with total annual earning of approximately €51,921.

This is an exciting opportunity for technically minded individuals to build a long-term career within a highly automated production environment, working with advanced manufacturing technologies including robotics, vision systems, sensors and automated production equipment. The successful candidate will join a high-performing operations team focused on equipment optimisation, continuous improvement and operational excellence while benefiting from a highly competitive remuneration package worth approximately €51,921 per annum.

The Role:

 

The Process Technician will be responsible for supporting and optimising highly automated manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency and product quality.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Maintaining and optimising automated manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues
  • Monitoring manufacturing performance and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Supporting preventative and reactive maintenance activities
  • Performing equipment setup, calibration and technical changeovers
  • Working closely with Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities
  • Driving safety, quality and operational excellence standards across production

Candidate Profile

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

 

  • A Level 6 qualification or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or a related technical discipline
  • Experience within manufacturing, maintenance, automation, engineering or production environments
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

  • Rotating 4-cycle shift pattern
