Accounts Assistant /Bookkeeper(Part-Time)
📍 Dublin 4 | 🕒 20-24 hours per week
Reporting to: Financial Controller
A long-established non profit is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Assistant/ Bookkeeper to support its finance function. The organisation provides financial and practical support to individuals and families experiencing hardship and operates with strong governance and financial controls.
Responsibilities:
Sales invoicing and debtor management
Bank reconciliations, receipts, and petty cash
Month-end processing (journals, accruals, prepayments)
Assisting with management accounts and analysis
Payroll processing (Sage/QuickBooks) and related returns
General finance team support
Requirements:
Accounts Technician (or equivalent)
2-4 years' relevant experience
Sage and/or QuickBooks experience
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
