Collaborate with internal teams, including paraplanning and administration, to ensure an excellent client experience.
Support business growth initiatives and contribute to team development through coaching and mentorship.

Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.
A proactive, commercially minded adviser who enjoys coaching, learning and developing.
💡 What's on Offer
Competitive base salary: €50,000 - €70,000 (depending on experience).
Strong, uncapped commission and bonus potential; high performers can significantly increase earnings.
