🌟 What You'll Do

• Deliver tailored, compliant advice across life assurance, pensions, investments, protection and wealth planning.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted adviser.

• Actively grow your client base through referrals, networking and ongoing engagement.

• Work with a steady flow of high-quality leads and supported business development.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including paraplanning and administration, to ensure an excellent client experience.

• Support business growth initiatives and contribute to team development through coaching and mentorship.

💼 What We're Looking For

• Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) is essential; CFP or equivalent is advantageous.

• Experience in financial services, especially in life & pensions, protection, investments or financial planning.

• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.

• A proactive, commercially minded adviser who enjoys coaching, learning and developing.
