The Role
This position sits within a growing digital marketing function and will focus on delivering and optimising paid digital campaigns across a variety of platforms.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing paid digital marketing strategies to maximise campaign performance and return on investment
Managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across areas such as display, video, audio, and partnership content
Working closely with external media partners and internal teams to deliver effective campaign activity
Contributing to the development and quality of campaign creative to ensure strong engagement and performance
Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and identifying opportunities to improve traffic and conversion rates
Preparing performance reports and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Supporting the development and optimisation of website landing pages and customer journey performance
Assisting with enhancements and updates across digital platforms including mobile and web channels
Providing guidance and digital support to wider business teams when required
Ensuring all campaign activity meets internal standards and regulatory requirements
What You'll Need
A relevant qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing
Approximately 4+ years' experience in a digital marketing role within financial services or a regulated environment
Strong hands-on experience with paid search and performance analytics tools
Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
