Key Duties
Provide tailored, compliant financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and long-term wealth strategies
Maintain and further develop an existing portfolio of clients through proactive engagement and high-quality service delivery
Identify and secure new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and internal relationships
Conduct detailed financial reviews and develop personalised strategies aligned with client's goals and objectives
Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure recommendations meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Keep up to date with legislative, regulatory, and market developments to ensure advice remains current and effective
Support wider business growth initiatives, contributing to asset growth and revenue development
Collaborate with colleagues and, where appropriate, provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members
About You
Strong background in financial planning or wealth management with a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
Commercially astute with a natural ability to recognise and convert new opportunities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
Client-focused approach with a passion for building long-term trusted relationships
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while remaining a collaborative team contributor
Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) essential; Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent is advantageous
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing financial advice
Experience using financial planning and CRM systems
Package
Base Salary: €60,000 to €80,000 plus highly competitive commission structure
