🚨 Temporary Financial Accountant - Immediate Requirement 🚨

We are working with a leading multinational operating across Europe who are seeking a Qualified Financial Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with period-end close activities, management accounts, and reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions

• Maintain fully reconciled balance sheets, including intercompany movements

• Manage bank reconciliations, payroll preparation, and cashflow monitoring

• Review key costs in the P&L, working closely with budget holders

• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and statutory accounts

• Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance requirements are met

• Provide KPI reporting and financial analysis to senior management

• Support continuous improvement projects and mentor finance team members

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3+ years PQE

• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Commercially aware with strong business acumen

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
