💶 Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 (pro-rata)

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key leadership role that will include responsibilities such as managing various teams, driving high standards of customer service, and ensuring full regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The Role: what does the job involve?

• Lead all aspects of operations and administration.
• Develop and implement operational plans and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency across the organisation.
• Act as a senior member of the Management Team and contribute to strategic planning.
• Monitor service standards and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage outsourced services and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations staff to meet high-performance standards.
• Oversee scheduling, performance reviews, training and development.
• Promote a positive, collaborative and accountable workplace culture.

The Candidate:

• Proven leadership experience in financial services or a regulated operational environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
• Deep understanding of compliance, AML, and risk management frameworks.
• Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and results focus.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• IT proficiency and openness to digital transformation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior operations, compliance, or management role, ideally within financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and high-performing teams.
