Our client is a company that focuses on health and well-being in the indoor environment. They are renowned for their product innovation, evidence-based research, and thought leadership.

The business is entering an exciting period of expansion, with ambitious growth plans supported by a significant capital-raising programme.

As HR & OD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and enabling scalable growth. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive cultural alignment, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness, ensuring the business builds and sustains a high-performing, mission-driven workforce.

The role is ideally suited to someone who has worked in an SME environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies that support organisational growth and transformation.

  • Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new structures, processes, and technologies.

  • Develop and oversee leadership programmes, succession planning, and career pathways.

  • Deliver training and workshops on performance, coaching, DEI, and team development.

  • Champion an inclusive, values-driven culture aligned with business goals.

  • Lead engagement initiatives, analyse survey data, and drive improvement actions.

  • Contribute to the design and execution of people strategies aligned with growth objectives.

  • Use analytics to evaluate the impact of OD initiatives and inform decision-making.

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisation design, and skills mapping.

About You

  • Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.

  • 5-8+ years' progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in OD, talent, or change management.

  • Background in high-growth or technology-led environments (health tech desirable).

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering leadership and talent programmes.
