Accounts Payable (AP) Manager - Dublin (Permanent, Full-Time)

A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee its group-wide AP function across multiple geographies. This is a key leadership role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to drive process improvements, optimise systems, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team to ensure strong performance and collaboration.

• Take ownership of AP operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

• Streamline and standardise processes to create consistency across all group entities.

• Drive system optimisation and automation within ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business)

• CentralOversee invoice processing, reconciliations, and VAT submissions in a high-volume environment.

• Act as the main point of contact for AP-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.

• Deliver regular reporting on AP performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Support wider finance initiatives, including cash flow forecasting and process improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience leading an AP function across multiple entities or regions

• Strong track record managing high-volume transaction processing

• Knowledge of VAT compliance across different jurisdictions

• Background in process improvement and automation, ideally with ERP systems

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

• Excellent problem-solving ability, with strong analytical and communication skills

• Exposure to finance transformation or shared services environments a distinct advantage

• Familiarity with digital workflows and automation tools is a plus
