The Role: what does the job involve?
- Manage pipelines of existing business and new business.
- Liaise with clients, providers, and relevant third parties and ensure they are updated on the process.
- Process all new business through industry online platforms, maintaining up-to-date records and client contact notes on internal systems.
- Abide by AML procedures and work closely with compliance to maintain a strong understanding of regulatory standards.
- Respond to client queries in a professional, timely, and positive manner, escalating issues to the Completions Manager or Compliance Manager where appropriate.
The Candidate:
- APA (Accredited Product Advisor) is a requirement - candidates without this will not be considered.
- QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) is
- Experienced in Life and Pensions industry (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
