Protection Administrator
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 + Benefits
Location: Dublin (Hybrid Options Available)
The Opportunity
We are partnering with one of Ireland's largest and most respected Mortgage Brokerages, offering an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a high-performing team.

The Role
As a Protection Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the protection journey.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of Financial Advisors
- Managing protection applications from initial submission through to policy inception
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and efficient service
- Handling client queries via phone and email in a timely and effective manner
- Accurately maintaining and updating client records and systems (CRM/data entry)
- Managing and tracking a busy pipeline of applications, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Liaising with multiple providers to progress applications and resolve queries
- Proactively following up on outstanding documentation and requirements
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will have:
- 1+ years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services or protection/mortgage environments
- Experience dealing with protection applications and documentation (highly advantageous)
- Exposure to working with multiple providers and understanding their submission processes (desirable)
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work
- Confidence working under pressure in a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
