Senior Financial Planner

We're working with a growing and client-focused financial planning business seeking to appoint a Senior Financial Planner to join their expanding advisory team. With a substantial client book, strong internal support, and a leadership team focused on long-term growth, this role offers the opportunity to develop a strong book of business with a rewarding commission structure, with genuine autonomy and growth prospects.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing holistic financial advice across protection, pensions, and investment planning
• Building long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing needs analysis
• Leading fact-finding conversations to uncover and deliver on client objectives
• Growing your client base through referrals, networking and prospecting
• Ensuring compliance standards are maintained in line with company and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborating with internal teams across protection, paraplanning, and admin to deliver excellent client service

What we're looking for:

• QFA qualification.
• Experience as a Financial Advisor or Planner.
• Strong technical understanding of Life and Pensions.
• Confident communicator who can independently initiate client interactions and build rapport

What's on offer:

• Base salary €70k to €85k with strong commission and low thresholds
