Accounts Recievable Manager

🚀 Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager - Dublin | Full-Time, Permanent

I'm working with a well-established service-based company that's looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead their AR function and drive improvements across billing, collections, and credit control.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a small team, oversee invoicing accuracy, streamline cash collection processes, and play a key part in maintaining strong cashflow and financial performance across multiple sites.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Oversee end-to-end invoicing and revenue recognition
✅ Lead credit control and collections, reducing aged debt and DSO
✅ Use and enhance the AR ticketing system to improve visibility and efficiency
✅ Coach, develop, and support the AR team
✅ Identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for:
🔹 Proven experience in AR or Credit Control (ideally in a multi-site/service-based environment)
🔹 Strong understanding of invoicing systems, reconciliations, and financial reporting
🔹 Experience with ticketing or automation tools a big plus
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
