ICDS Group is conducting an executive search for a Construction Director to take strategic and operational ownership of a significant residential business unit during an exciting period of expansion across Dublin and Leinster.

This is a high-impact leadership appointment for an established construction executive ready to influence strategy, shape the future of the business and deliver a landmark residential pipeline.

Reporting directly at Board level, you will have full accountability for the performance, growth and delivery of the Residential Business Unit.

Your remit will span:

• Strategy & Board Leadership — shaping business direction and growth

• P&L Ownership — full commercial and operational accountability

• Development & Delivery — overseeing the full project lifecycle

• Pre-Construction & Procurement — driving early-stage excellence

• People & Performance — leading high-calibre project, commercial and technical teams

• Operational Excellence — improving productivity, quality, innovation and sustainability

• Delivery Assurance — maintaining the highest standards of safety, programme and quality

PROFILE

We are seeking an accomplished construction leader with a proven record of delivering multi-storey residential schemes at scale.

• Significant senior leadership experience within construction/development

• Strong residential delivery credentials

• Demonstrable P&L and commercial leadership

• Experience leading multidisciplinary senior teams

• Strategic vision combined with exceptional operational execution

• The credibility and gravitas to operate effectively at Board level
