Development Manager (Residential Developer)

Required for growing residential developer with a large landbank across Dublin & Wicklow who are active on 4+ sites currently.
Key responsibilities
Site Acquisition: Identify and assess potential residential development opportunities.
Financial Appraisal: Prepare development budgets, feasibility studies, GDV and profit assessments.
Planning: Manage planning applications, consultants and statutory approvals.
Design Management: Coordinate architects, engineers and professional consultants.
Procurement: Manage tendering, contractor selection and procurement strategies.
Project Delivery: Oversee construction programmes, budgets, quality and progress.
Financial Control: Monitor costs, cash flow, variations and project profitability.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial, planning and construction risks.
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing residential developments (Housing/Apartments)
- Part V experience
- Strong understanding of planning and compliance regulations
