€75-80k + Bonus + Allowance 

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading residential  developers who have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality residential projects across Dublin.

Due to the commencement of a new project in Dublin 15, they are hiring for the commercial team and this role will report to the commercial manager.

Project will run for 2+ years'

Key Responsibilities

• Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations.
• Assessing and pricing project variations and changes.
• Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with experience in building projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
