This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious QS professionals who are early in their senior career and motivated to progress toward a future Commercial Manager role.

1-2 days' hybrid per week.

Role

• Performing risk, value management and cost control on all projects assigned to.

• Advising on procurement strategy and preparing the procurement schedule for individual projects, in conjunction with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager.

• Sub-Contractor Tendering:

• Sub-Contract Package Administration

• Main Contract Administration

• Change Management:

• Cost Reporting:

• Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks

Requirements

• 1–5 years’ experience operating at Senior QS level

• Strong commercial acumen and cost management expertise

• Ambition to progress into Commercial Management

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across projects
