Role Overview

Required for reputable contractor undertaking a large hotel restoration project.

Site-based Senior Site Engineer responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities to ensure safe, timely, and quality project delivery in line with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Interpret drawings and communicate technical requirements to site teams
• Coordinate site works, logistics, materials, and plant
• Maintain site records, drawings, and documentation
• Monitor programme progress and support delivery of milestones
• Ensure quality control, BCAR compliance, and H&S standards
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project team
• Resolve technical and site issues promptly

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in construction/site engineering
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and standards
• Proven ability to manage site teams and deliver project
