Site Manager – Hotel Development | Dublin 8

€75,000-€85,000 + Package

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-spec hotel project in Dublin 8. This is a key role within a dynamic team, offering the chance to manage a fast-paced development from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against program and report to senior management.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring all work is completed to spec.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, design teams, and consultants as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager role, ideally on commercial or hotel developments.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
• Relevant construction qualification and up-to-date safety certs (e.g., SMSTS, CIF, Safe Pass, etc.).
