Senior Site Manager – Large Residential Development

Location: Malahide, Co. Dublin

A leading developer with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale project in Malahide, Co. Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of projects across Dublin and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a large residential construction project.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate all site activities and maintain effective communication with the Project Manager and client team.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any site issues.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate project records.
• Manage quality inspections, snagging, and handover processes.
• Drive productivity while maintaining exceptional workmanship standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering large residential developments.
• Main contractor experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Thorough understanding of Irish building regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver projects to demanding programmes.
• Relevant construction qualification.
• Valid Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications.

Package

• Salary: €75,000 – €85,000 (depending on experience)
