Position Title: Supply Chain and Demand Planning Specialist
Reporting Line: Directly reporting to the Country Procurement and Supply Chain Manager
Overview: As a pivotal member of our supply chain team, you will be entrusted with driving efficiency and ensuring seamless operations in the supply and demand planning domain. Your role will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities, each crucial to the smooth functioning of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize cutting-edge supply chain management tools to conduct meticulous supply and demand forecasting.
- Exercise adeptness in managing MRP recommendations, swiftly translating purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and promptly communicate any supply chain hitches to pertinent stakeholders.
- Thoroughly scrutinize Goods Inwards Certificates of Analysis to uphold quality standards.
- Coordinate incoming delivery schedules from both internal and external suppliers.
- Facilitate the reporting of the receipt of Exempt Medicinal Products to regulatory bodies.
- Spearhead raw material ordering processes and foster strong relationships with suppliers.
- Address quality and warehouse issues with precision and timeliness.
- Contribute insights and support to production and planning calls as necessitated.
- Ensure accuracy by updating pricing information and master data as needed.
- Collaborate in the review and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and actively participate in quality audits.
- Maintain comprehensive supplier records, verifying bona fides with diligence.
- Act as a responsive resource for internal quality or regulatory inquiries.
- Provide seamless support and cover for the Country Supply Chain and Demand Planning Executive.
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in SAP reporting and analytics, leveraging your proficiency in the system.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP, with a focus on materials management, warehousing, purchasing, and logistics, demonstrated through adeptness in SAP Transaction Codes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
