ICDS are recruiting a Sales Representative to join a leading international provider of scaffolding, access solutions, formwork and temporary works systems serving Ireland's construction, data centre, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales professional to develop relationships with some of Ireland's largest construction contractors and project stakeholders across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.

We are recruiting a Sales Representative to join a leading international provider of scaffolding, access solutions, formwork and temporary works systems serving Ireland's growing construction, data centre, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales professional to develop relationships with some of Ireland's largest construction contractors and project stakeholders across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.

The Role

• Develop and grow business with main contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Promote access, scaffolding, formwork and temporary works solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and identify new project opportunities.
• Work closely with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The Person

• 3–5 years' B2B or technical sales experience.
• Ideally gained within construction, access equipment, temporary works, civils, building products or a related sector.
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with site managers, project directors and procurement teams.
• Full driving licence required.

Package

• Basic salary: €65,000 – €70,000+ DOE
• Uncapped commission and bonus structure
• On Target Earnings circa €90,000+
