Assistant Food & Beverage Manager 4* Hotel Cork

Busy 4* Hotel in Cork City are currently recruiting experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with 3/4 years experience in previous similar role.

The opportunity is to manage all Food and Beverage aspects of the Hotel, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and improve standards and service on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for supervising a variety of outlets including Hotel Restaurant, stylish Bar/Bistro, Room service, Private dining events etc

Ideal Assistant Food & Beverage Manager candidate will have good business experience in 4* Hotel. Naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and professional development.

Obviously you need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect, demand and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Good Financial Management understanding and experience in this role is required.
