A leading and expanding healthcare company are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join the team.

About Your New Job

• Allocate and schedule service tasks for a team of engineers.
• Liaise with engineers to ensure response times are adhered to.
• Handle customer queries efficiently through effective communication.
• Manage client accounts using dedicated software packages.
• Liaise with internal departments daily.
• Write reports 
• Deal with a high volume of phone calls.

What Skills You Need

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• High level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in product order and invoicing customers.
• Experience in working with SAP.
• Experience with the healthcare sector.
