About Your New Job

• As the Business Manager, you will develop and implement national strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans to achieve our company objectives.
• You will lead a team of Product Specialists, providing effective communication, empowerment, and recognition to drive team success.
• You will prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• You will establish and maintain productive relationships with key supplier personnel and identify new potential customers to expand our market reach.
• You will perform field visits to develop your sales skills and drive sales, while managing national accounts and overseeing project tenders.

What Skills You Need

• 4-5 years experience leading teams selling in the healthcare/hospital sector
• The ability to communicate effectively and to build rapport with customers at all levels
• Full valid Irish driver's license

What’s on Offer

• Salary range: €80,000 - €85,000
• Quarterly commission structure guaranteeing a bonus of up to €30,000
