Finance Manager - Banking background is a must

My client based in D2 have a requirement for a Finance Manager who has worked within the Lending Industry - either worked for a corporate or aretail bank - within a finance manager role - please dont apply unless you have this experience - you wont be considered without it

About Your New Job  

• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Complete general ledger operations
  • Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with expense policy
  • Monthly closings and preparation of monthly reports
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
• Involved in all central bank reporting and IFRS also 
  • Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
  • Compile information for year-end and mid-year budgets and prepare variance analysis
  • Provide information for the preparation of various regulatory and tax returns
  • Provide information for several year-end audits

REQUIREMENTS  

• Qualified Accountant with 5 years pqe 
• Financial Services exp – retail or corporate lending background 
• Strong reporting , IFRS, central bank reporting 
• Please note you must have a valid visa to work in Ireland sponsorship isnt provided
