Corporate Tax Manager - West Dublin

My client based in West Dublin have a requirement for a Senior Tax Accountant who has worked at Manager level with a strong corporate tax background. You will have trained within practice and then got at least 4-4 years within a corporate tax role in Industry

About Your New Job

• Management of Irish Corporation Tax and Preliminary Tax obligations, with the support of external advisors;
• Providing tax input into month end/quarter end process with respect to current tax and deferred tax provisioning;
• Tax account reconciliations at month end/year end;
• Managing and Filing of  returns
• Managing tax obligations in respect of DIRT, IUT, Encashment Tax, DWT, Third Party information returns, Stamp Duty, Bank Levy etc.
• Manage Tax aspects of the new transactions, including, where necessary, ensuring foreign VAT and other tax registrations are in place. Identify potential withholding tax concerns in foreign jurisdictions.
• Assist in the implementation of ad-hoc tax projects
• Provide support for internal and external audits

What skills you need

• Minimum 8  years’ experience in a tax environment, preferably with Industry but will consider strong candidates from a Top 10 or big 4 environment that are looking to move to Industry 
• Strong corporate tax 
• International tax background
