About Your New Job

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with issues related to new appliances such as washing machines and toasters, via phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage order processing, supplier coordination, and sales support to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the After Sales Support Team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

What Skills You Need

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly telephone manner.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work in a busy professional environment.
• Fluent in English; SAP experience is an advantage.
