Finance Manager
Location: South Dublin
Salary: Up to €90,000 + Benefits
Fully Office Based
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established retail business based in South Dublin.
This is a key leadership role within the finance function, suited to a commercially focused finance professional with strong retail industry experience and a proven track record managing a busy finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the finance function and day-to-day financial operations
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance procedures are in place
Oversee year-end audit processes and statutory reporting
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Partner with senior leadership to support commercial decision-making
Monitor KPIs and provide financial analysis to support business performance
Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a Finance Manager role within the retail sector is essential
Strong people management experience with the ability to lead a busy finance team
Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills
Experience managing all aspects of finance operations
Strong systems and Excel skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Package:
Salary up to €90,000 depending on experience
