About Your New Job

As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for the below.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for the organization.
• Support the Head of Audit & Finance (HAF) in delivering an approved internal audit plan.
• Complete reviews and updates of financial policies and procedures.
• Deliver relevant reports to the Finance Committee and participate in fortnightly Management Committee meetings.
• Prepare the annual office budget and ensure timely processing of weekly settlements.

What Skills You Need

• A relevant professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience as a Qualified Accountant.
• Proficiency in Sage 50C and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Experience leading or managing teams (minimum two people).
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
