Fund Accountant Specialist-central Dublin (Hybrid)

About Your New Employer

My client, a leading global alternatives asset management company is looking to recruit a Fund Accountant Specialist for their central Dublin (hybrid-3 days onsite and 2 days remote).

The successful candidate will be part of a newly formed office in Dublin responsible for assisting in accounting and review of a complete set of fund maintained books and records, in partnership with the global Fund Accounting team.

About Your New Job

• Partner with the global fund accounting team to conduct accounting and review of complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports
• Manage third party administrators.
• Assist with year-end audits and projects on the team

What skills You Need

• 5 years work experience as a fund accountant in financial services with hedge fund or private equity clients
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent is required
