About Your New Job

• As a Landscape Operative, you will be responsible for soft landscaping and maintenance tasks.
• You will work on new build residential estates and commercial areas, ensuring that all landscaping projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Your duties will include planting, turfing, mulching, pruning, and general garden maintenance.
• You will be required to operate various landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• You will ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

What Skills You Need

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
