About Your New Employer

Join a leading global tech organisation who values innovation, collaboration, and data-driven approaches, investing in modern learning experiences and tech-enabled solutions.  This company is seeking to hire and experienced L&D Specialist to join their Dublin West based operation on a contract basis for 11 months.

About Your New Job

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and implement engaging learning experiences to strengthen workforce skills and advance the professional development of team members.
  • Utilise advanced digital learning tools and platforms to build customized training programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to improve digital learning offerings and regularly update internal resource platforms with relevant development materials.
  • Contribute to the coordination and execution of leadership development initiatives, including orientation for new managers, by working closely with various stakeholders and external providers.
  • Deliver both virtual and onsite training sessions in an interactive and inclusive manner.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of training delivery, such as scheduling, resource preparation, and coordinating communications for participants across different regions.
  • Gather and interpret data to evaluate training impact, drive ongoing program refinement, and provide insights and reports that demonstrate the value of learning initiatives.

What Skills You Need

  • 3–5 years’ experience in learning and development, with strong facilitation and program delivery skills in a Global Organisation. 
  • Hands-on experience with tech-enabled learning platforms (LMS, e-learning, AI-driven solutions, or similar).
  • Proven project management abilities, including planning, coordinating, updating content, and drafting communications.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, able to drive independent results.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, translating business needs into effective learning solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience collaborating across diverse, global teams.
  • Experience in collecting and analysing data to assess program effectiveness.
  • Instructional design and familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g. Visier) are a plus, but not required.
