About Your New Job
As the Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all production and building operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will:
- Co-ordinate maintenance technicians to ensure safe practices and effective support for production and facilities.
- Oversee routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment in line with the maintenance schedule.
- Troubleshoot and maintain building systems, including electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and landscaping.
- Liaise with production and other departments to minimise downtime and support shutdown planning.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and the ordering of parts and supplies, ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance function.
What Skills You Need
- A 3rd-level qualification in an Engineering or Maintenance discipline (Diploma, Trade, or similar).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in mechanics and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in computer systems and maintenance scheduling tools.
- Full B driving licence.
- (Desirable) Hands-on experience in industrial mechanical fitting.
