About your new job as a Production Manager:
- Plan and coordinate production to meet daily and weekly targets
- Identify and fix bottlenecks through smarter processes and team input
- Track key performance indicators and use them to drive improvements
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 20+ operators and team leads
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met
- Support ongoing changes and new systems with strong communication
What skill/experience you need as a Production Manager:
- 5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership of teams and experience managing shift performance
- Familiar with Lean or Six Sigma tools and process improvement methods
- Comfortable working with production data and ERP/MRP systems
- Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong people skills
