Purpose of the role:
This Sales Administrator will play a critical role, providing essential administrative support to the sales department. This position ensures the smooth operation of sales processes and accurate reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Administration:
- Accurately generate and review the sales and commission reports.
- Produce daily sales performance reports e.g. New trades report
- Oversee data entry into Salesforce ensuring all sales information is up-to-date and compliant with established Salesforce processes.
- Act as a key liaison for new account setups, providing comprehensive administrative support and coordination with depot teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Professionally and efficiently handle customer sales inquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
- Supporting the sales team with managing the end-to-end administrative process for new account creation, including documentation, system updates, and internal communications.
Work Experience Required:
- 2 + years strong sales administration experience.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and sales cycle management.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Can work discretely with sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and sales strategies.
