- A multinational tech company in Cork are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Senior Director and their Regulatory team
- This is a full time, 11 month temporary contract.
About Your New Job
- Provide administrative support to a Senior Director and their Regulatory Legal team.
- Manage calendars and organize meetings across multiple time zones, both in-person and virtually.
- Handle budgets and collaborate with vendors and the finance team on purchasing matters.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and assist with expense reports.
- Assist with new hire setup, including ordering equipment and securing workspace.
- Plan and support team events throughout the year.
- Support facilities needs such as conference room management, badge access, and office supplies ordering.
What Skills You Need
- 7+ years of experience supporting executives and large teams.
- Prior experience supporting a senior executive.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency with iCal, Keynote, and Mail.
- Confident communicator with senior team members and their assistants.
- Ability to accept last-minute requests and jump into projects as needed.
