My client, a leading asset management company is looking to recruit a Senior Compliance Manager.

The Senior Compliance Manager will be responsible for assisting the Chief Compliance Officer in  updating the compliance framework of the organisation, policy and procedure setting, Compliance Risk Assessments, oversight & control and executing the organisation's annual Compliance Plan.

About Your New Job

• Managing Compliance Risk Assessments.
• Overseeing of trade monitoring (UCITS/AIFs) and other regulatory monitoring.
• Assisting the CCO in developing and executing the Annual Compliance Plan.
• Providing advice to the portfolio managers and staff in compliance related topics.
• Preparation of reports
• Supervising the Compliance Analyst

What skills You Need

• 5+ years' relevant Compliance experience gained in an asset management company or similar organisation
• Business, Finance or related Degree
• Deep knowledge of the UCITS Regulations
• Strong knowledge of financial products and financial markets
• Knowledge and experience of MIFID and AIFMD
