- Reconcile customer accounts
- Resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate on credit-related issues
- Maintain accurate customer records
Skills Needed
- Fluent in French and English
- 5 years’ experience in credit and collections
- Cash forecasting and bad debt reporting
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
