About Your New Job

• As the Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a significant portfolio and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
• Manage all aspects of the portfolio, lead a dedicated support team, and ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct and prepare building inspections.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of properties.
• Provide consultancy on service charge budgets and expenditures.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters including lease obligations, dilapidations, and repairs.
• Prepare and review maintenance plans, schedules of condition, and refurbishment specifications.
• Oversee tender processes, manage external contractors and supervise on-site works.
• Contribute to long-term asset management strategies.
• Ensure professional and regulatory compliance across all responsibilities.

What Skills You Need

• Degree in Building Surveying, Property Management, or a related field.
• MRICS or working toward chartership (preferred but not essential).
• 5 or more years of experience in property management / building surveying.
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases and property legislation.
• Proven experience in property management and service charge consultancy.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Experience with property management systems is advantageous.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in both commercial and residential sectors.
• Understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and compliance.
• Familiarity with asset management, lifecycle costing, and budget forecasting.
• Contract administration experience.
