Due to expansion and success they are looking to recruit a Grocery Key Account Manager to deal with Key Accounts at Head Office level.

About Your New Job

• You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key grocery partners, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Dealing with existing business and some new business too.
• You will create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets and grow market share within assigned accounts.
• You will analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• You will be responsible for Pricing and Negotiation along with Reporting
• You will manage the field sales team to ensure all commercial and brand targets are achieved.

What Skills You Need

• Sales experience within the Food industry is essential
• Dealing with Retail Accounts at Head Office level is essential
• Full Driving Licence
• Understand the FMCG Sector and Grocery Retail
• You need to have attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Experience in managing a field sales team
