This company is an Interior design & architecture studio who cater for Residential and due to rapid growth and success even though they are only 5 years old, they are now looking to expand on the Commercial side and are looking for a Showroom Sales manager to grow this side of the business.
About this Showroom Sales Manager Job:
- As the new Commercial Showrooom Sales Manager you will be responsible for new business opportunities in the property and construction sectors focusing particularly on Multi-Units
- You will work closely with the design and project teams
- You will build and maintain relationships with Architects and Quantity Surveyors
- You will also build and maintain relationships with Project managers and Procurement teams
- Prepare and present tender responses, pitches, and presentations to potential Multi Unit clients
- Maintain an active pipeline of multi-unit and bespoke fit-out project opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business in line with revenue targets
- Monitor industry trends, attend networking events, and represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions
What Skills You Need for this Sales Manager job
- A Degree in Business, Construction, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a strong advantage
- 3–5 years' experience in business development or sales within construction, design or fit-out industries
- Strong understanding of interior design and multi-unit fit-out workflows
- Existing contacts in Construction a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex proposals, tenders, and long sales cycles
- Commercially astute and results-oriented
- Full driving licence along with own car
What’s on Offer
This Job comes with a basic salary of 60-80k depending on experience along with Bonus and Commission and Benefits such expenses, Healthcare and Free Parking.
