Job Summary

Vision Contracting is seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team in Limerick. This role is ideal for someone confident in leading site activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery on busy construction projects.

Key Activities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and supervise all trades on site
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and report to the Site Manager
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and workmanship
• Keep accurate daily records, site diaries, and progress reports
• Support the project team with planning, sequencing, and logistics

Education & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and site management
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read drawings and ensure works align with technical requirements
• Safe Pass and relevant tickets required
