HR Systems Support French or German

A HR Systems Support Specialist is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our global life sciences client based in Ireland. The position is a 6-month contract initially supporting the rollout of a new WFM IT system across Europe. It is home office based in Ireland with some travel to Irish and European offices. Fluency in English and German or French is required.

THE ROLE:

• Day to day system maintenance including providing support to business to ensure system compliance

• Responding to customer inquiries ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements

• Troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimize downtime with escalation to higher level support for resolution

• Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into workforce trends, enabling informed decision-making

• Provide ongoing training for end-users to ensure proficient utilization of the Workforce Management System

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, BIS or a related field preferred

• HRIS support experience needed or good HR knowledge

• Fluency in English and German or French required.
